Txeza, by AM Roots

Just got my hands (and ears) on AM Root's latest release, called Txeza. Here is what my good man Nunas (the Mozambican half of AM Roots) has to say about it:

"AM ROOTS is back with a must have EP following the group's essence of deep house. The EP was recorded at Filipe's Studio in Brooklyn and remixed in Angola by Dj Djeff and Dj Silyvi. Txeza is a beautiful EP that will redefine the "African Swagger" for those who like funky grooves."

You can download all three promo tracks here. They are three different mixes of the song Txeza; my personal favorite, the Na Kasa Mix, is included for your enjoyment below. It's a great example of the attitute and groove of deep African house, of the Angolan/Mozambican variety.

Txeza (Na Kasa Mix)
